Justice Served: Arizona Rep. Moves to Boot Rogue Judge Who Blocked Musk’s Government Efficiency Plan
We need more of this!

It’s about time someone took a stand against these unelected, black-robed bureaucrats who think they can run the country from the bench. Arizona Congressman Eli Crane just stepped up and introduced impeachment proceedings against U.S. District Judge Paul Engelmayer, who recently tried to single-handedly block Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) from doing exactly what it was designed to do—root out waste, fraud, and bureaucratic bloat.
The Swamp’s Last Line of Defense: Activist Judges
Judge Engelmayer, in all his infinite wisdom, decided that Musk’s efficiency team shouldn’t have access to Treasury Department payment systems, citing “security concerns” raised by a pack of Democrat state attorneys general. That’s right, 19 blue-state AGs panicked at the idea that Musk and his team might actually find out where all that taxpayer money is really going and screamed about “sensitive financial data.”
Translation? They’re terrified DOGE is about to expose something they don’t want us to see.
So, in a desperate move to keep the status quo, Judge Engelmayer slapped down an order blocking DOGE’s access, effectively kneecapping a key Trump administration initiative that—oh, I don’t know—puts American taxpayers first.
Enter Eli Crane, Bringing the Fire
Congressman Crane wasn’t about to sit back and let an activist judge hijack the democratic process with a single ruling. He’s bringing impeachment proceedings, arguing that Engelmayer’s ruling isn’t just judicial overreach—it’s outright sabotage. Partisan judges blocking the will of the people is the real threat to democracy.
And he’s right. How many times have we seen unelected judges play defense for the D.C. establishment, tossing roadblocks in front of any attempt to clean house? The courts are supposed to uphold the law, not act as Democratic Party enforcers.
Why This Matters
Let’s cut through the nonsense. This judge’s ruling isn’t about security, and it sure as hell isn’t about the rule of law. It’s about protecting the swamp.
The establishment wants an endless, unaccountable cash pipeline, and they know Musk’s team is about to follow the money. That’s what this fight is really about. If DOGE can start auditing where all those billions are going, it could lead to massive reforms—or, more likely, massive indictments.
The impeachment of Judge Engelmayer is long overdue and just the beginning. If more judges want to act like politicians, then it’s time they get treated like politicians. The days of judicial tyranny need to end, and Crane’s move might finally send the message that the American people are done taking orders from unelected swamp creatures.
