The war on fasting has begun. The Daily Mail recently released an article titled, “Fasting for 16 or more hours per day RAISES risk of dying from heart problems by almost double, 20-year analysis finds.”

Here’s what the popular news outlet had to say:

“New research suggests intermittent fasting could in fact be damaging to long-term health.”

“Those who only eat during eight hours of the day are at almost twice the risk of heart attack and stroke later in life, a study found.”

Time-restricted eating, a type of intermittent fasting, involves limiting the hours for eating to between four and 12 hours over a 24-hour period.

It has gained popularity in recent years with the likes of British PM Rishi SunakElon Musk and actress Jennifer Aniston suggesting it helps them to stay trim.

Previous studies have linked time-restricted eating to improvements across several cardiometabolic health measures, such as blood pressure, blood glucose and cholesterol levels.

Now early research involved 20,000 adults found those who followed a time-restricted eating plan were 91 per cent more likely to die from cardiovascular disease.

The trendy dieting schedule did not reduce participants chances of death from any cause, according to the findings being presented at the American Heart Association’s Lifestyle Scientific Sessions 2024 conference this week.

Many who follow a time-restricted eating diet follow a 16:8 eating schedule, where they eat all their foods in an 8-hour window and fast for the remaining 16 hours each day.

They found this was associated with a greater risks of dying from cardiovascular disease when compared to people eating during 12- and 16-hour windows.

Those with existing heart disease or cancer were particularly at risk, they noted.

My Analysis of the problems with this “research”

A significant number of COVID-19 Vaccine injured are doing some kind of fasting to address their injuries and symptoms, often with at least partial success.

To get the benefits of autophagy, stem cell production and immune system renewal, I have been suggesting a 72 hour water fast.

However, there is extensive literature on the benefits of 16 or 24 hour fasting.

These benefits are mostly anti-inflammatory and immuno-supportive.

This is the first study to suggest significant harm in doing a 16 hour fast.

Something really stinks here.

The Problems:

  1. This is not peer-reviewed research. This is an abstract, which is basically a poster presentation at a conference (that is not a particularly serious one).
    1. “findings being presented at the American Heart Association’s Lifestyle Scientific Sessions 2024 conference this week.”
  2. Researchers reviewed information about dietary patterns from annual health surveys between 2003-2018 and compared it to death data over the same period.
    1. “correlation does not equal causation”, as Pfizer MDs would typically say.
    2. this is highly dubious methodology – correlating a health survey to death data.
  3. Major limitations: “The observational research did not consider other possible contributory factors, such as participants weight and cholesterol, at the start of the study or over the eight-year follow-up period.”
    1. That effectively renders this study worthless
  4. It relied on self-reported dietary information and other lifestyle factors, such as smoking and exercise levels were not included in the analysis.
    1. now, it’s even more worthless.
  5. “Professor Victor Wenze Zhong, of the Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, China”, said: ‘We were surprised to find that people who followed an 8-hour, time-restricted eating schedule were more likely to die from cardiovascular disease.

Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU) is a public university in Shanghai, China. It is affiliated with the Ministry of Education of China, a constituent Department of the State Council (The State Council of the People’s Republic of China, also known as the Central People’s Government, is the chief administrative authority and the national cabinet of China)

  • The State Council directly oversees provincial-level People’s Governments, and in practice maintains membership with top levels of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
  • The State Council is legally required to implement the policies of the CCP.
  • Aside from a few, members of the State Council are also members of the CCP’s Central Committee.

CONCLUSION:

I keep finding questionable, if not outright fraudulent studies funded by the Chinese Communist Party, whether on advances in mRNA Vaccines, or safety of mRNA Vaccines in teenagers.

Here we see an outright attack on intermittent fasting by the Chinese Communist Party, using the lowest quality of evidence possible, a poster presentation at a “Lifestyle” conference.

And yet, it makes headline news, with the knowledge that most people won’t look beyond the headline.

This is effectively a propaganda piece that serves two functions:

  1. It adds another element to the bogus “anything but the vaccine” explanations for the COVID-19 Vaccine induced heart attacks and strokes. (“Those who only eat during eight hours of the day are at almost twice the risk of heart attack and stroke later in life”)
  2. It’s a direct attack on one of the few things that helps the COVID-19 Vaccine injured. Other such attacks include:
    1. attacks on Ivermectin
    2. attacks on hydroxychloroquine
    3. attacks on Vitamin D
    4. attacks on NAC (N-acetyl cysteine)
    5. attacks on Artemisia Annua

Let’s Look at some of the benefits of intermittent fasting in recent literature:

#1 – (2023, Teker et al): Intermittent fasting supports the balance of the gut microbiota composition”

#2 – (2022, Fernandez-Rodriguez et al): “Does intermittent fasting impact mental disorders?” – Intermittent fasting showed a moderate and positive effect on depression scores when compared to control groups

#3 – (2023, Elias et al): “Effects of intermittent fasting on cognitive health and Alzheimer’s disease” – These observations lead to a hypothesis that intermittent fasting over the years will potentially reverse or delay the pathological process in Alzheimer’s disease.

#4 – (2023, Mishra et al): “Intermittent fasting in health and disease” – Intermittent fasting improves the body’s stress tolerance, which is further amplified with exercise. It impacts various pathological conditions like cancer, obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and neurodegenerative diseases.

#5 – (2023, Barati et al): “Intermittent fasting: A promising dietary intervention for autoimmune diseases:

  • Intermittent fasting alters & improves gut microbiota in autoimmune diseases.
  • Intermittent fasting reduces inflammatory markers in autoimmune diseases.
  • Intermittent fasting enhances cellular repair mechanisms through autophagy.
  • Intermittent fasting can improve the condition of multiple sclerosis.
  • Intermittent fasting may have beneficial effects on autoimmune diseases such as Type 1 diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus erythematosus

I strongly believe that anything and everything that helps the COVID-19 Vaccine injured will be attacked, smeared, vilified, made difficult to obtain or be outright removed from the market.
