Donald Trump says he thinks he knows who controls Biden.

This is how he describes them:

“You’re fighting off very evil forces, and they’re very smart forces. There are people [who] control Biden. Totally true. I think I know who they are largely, but there are people that control. They’re very smart, very energetic. Possibly, they’re real believers [in] their sick ideology.”
