Some of the world’s leading medical experts and scientists, along with prominent health freedom advocates, whistleblowers, lawyers and elected officials are in Washington, D.C., today for the fifth International Crisis Summit (ICS-5) — where delegates will “unite and discuss their experiences with COVID-19.”

Previously known as the International COVID Summit, this year’s ICS is organized in conjunction with the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC). The two events are being held in parallel, with ICS-5 taking place as a breakout event at CPAC.

Many ICS-5 conference delegates also will speak on Feb. 26 at a roundtable discussion — “Federal Health Agencies and the COVID Cartel: What Are They Hiding?” — in Washington, D.C., organized by Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.).

The event will focus on censorship by public health agenciesBig Pharma and the media during the COVID-19 pandemic. Brian Hooker, Ph.D., senior director of science and research at Children’s Health Defense (CHD), will participate in the roundtable.

According to the ICS, the event provides “an uncensored and safe haven” for participants “to gather, share, discuss and analyze their findings in order to find safe and effective treatments for COVID-19” and also to discuss “other topics in an effort to shed light on the facts that mainstream media hides and social media censors.”

ICS-5 speakers include:

“Having so many international speakers, including members of the European Parliament together with senators from Mexico, Austria, Germany and Romania speaking on globalization, the WHO [World Health Organization] … the UN [United Nations], biopolitics and sovereignty makes this a must-attend summit,” Malone wrote on Substack.

Makis told The Defender ICS-5 “focuses on the most current information regarding COVID-19 vaccine injuries, excess deaths but also censorship of free speech and the policies that had disastrous impacts during the pandemic and what we can do to avoid such disasters in the future, especially in light of the WHO pandemic treaty.”

Palmer told The Defender that ICS-5 has broadened its focus beyond COVID-19, “into censorshipcancel culture and the political division between right and left.”

Highlighting the expanded breadth of ICS-5, the summit’s mission statement notes, “The world has endured the wrath of COVID-19 and now we must help stop similar ‘crises’ before they are made to happen again.”

Palmer said that the co-organization of ICS-5 with CPAC is a “significant” development signifying that “the movement has arrived on the main stage,” adding that “politicians worldwide should take note.”

Protecting the public from ‘toxic’ pharma products a ‘priority’

Several of the ICS-5 speakers spoke with The Defender about their presentations and the broader issues that will be covered at the event.

Kory said his presentation will focus on “the suppression of the discoveries of early treatment for COVID-19 and the need for repurposed drugs to be evaluated independently to complement FDA [U.S. Food and Drug Administration] review for their use as lower-cost alternatives to new, more expensive therapies.”

“The policies that suppressed information and prevented access to life-saving treatments are still in place and continue to harm people to this day,” Kory said. “We still do not know the full impact of the injuries caused by the COVID-19 vaccines. We could face a public health crisis that our healthcare system is woefully unprepared for.”

Makis told The Defender his presentation will focus on “mRNA vaccine injuriesturbo cancer and the ‘died suddenly’ phenomenon.”

“The No. 1 priority should be protecting children and pregnant women from any further harm caused by toxic, failed pharmaceutical products — and in this regard, halting the administration of COVID-19 mRNA vaccines should be the priority,” he said.

Rose told The Defender she “will be presenting data that proves that people were in fact, injured by the modified mRNA shots and that this is being hidden.”

Palmer said his presentation will focus on the mainstream media, with a focus on “how the media, particularly in the U.S., was captured by pharmaceutical advertising and the way that reporters and anchors colluded with pharmaceutical sponsors to skirt around U.S. Food and Drug Administration regulations.”

‘We must come together, or we will be divided’

ICS-5 participants also told The Defender the summit provides opportunities for broader collaboration within the health and medical freedom movements.

“The success of the movement has been very modest, but nonetheless crucial, in broadening the conversations around difficult pandemic-related topics,” Makis said.

“The changes we need in our public health and medical policies will not happen if we stop speaking about them,” Kory said. “The FLCCC has been a voice for change since the early days of the pandemic, and we are glad to give our support where it can help drive the change we so badly need.”

This sense of collaboration is also outlined by Malone:

“Our belief is that by bringing together some of the most important international politicians, data analysts, federal investigators, scientists and activists in the world … important coalitions and networks will be formed that can withstand the onslaught of propaganda, censorship and tyranny that is overtaking the world as we know it.

“We must come together, or we will be divided.”

Such efforts, Kory said, have often been successful. He said:

“There have been many legislative victories in the U.S., in Tennessee, Ohio and New Hampshire. Florida often leads the country in protecting the public from harmful vaccine mandates and ineffective lockdowns. We are beginning to see more elected leaders in the U.K. and European Union [EU] who are open to discussing the changes needed to protect public health and prevent the intrusive policies that continue to cause harm and loss of life.

“These victories might not be the revolution we all want, but these are progress. Meanwhile, the number of great people who make up this movement continues to grow and strengthen our collective voice and influence.”

‘The truth ultimately will win’

Malone highlighted Monday’s hearing organized by Johnson as another example of these political successes.

I am super excited about both this summit and the Senator’s initiative, and I believe that it is vital to bring the fighters for the freedom and anti-globalism movement together to share information, forge,” he wrote on Substack, noting that he has been assisting Johnson with organizing and preparing Monday’s hearing.

Hooker, co-author with Robert F. Kennedy Jr. of “Vax-Unvax: Let the Science Speak,” will discuss the number of vaccines on the childhood schedule, and data on the disparate health outcomes in vaccinated and unvaccinated populations, with the latter consistently confirmed by science as the healthier of the two groups.

“Vaccine injury isn’t rare and is often devastating to the health of our children,” Hooker said. “Federal authorities are derelict in their duty to protect the people of the U.S. from debilitating and often life-changing vaccine adverse events.”

Rose also will speak at Monday’s hearing, during which she will provide a general overview of the past four years “in the context of fraud, coercion and data.”

Controversial gain-of-function research is also on the ICS-5 agenda. During an early session today at the summit, author and patent researcher David Martin, Ph.D., said “We have to … make it abundantly clear that the United States and all civilized governments on earth must stop gain-of-function research.”

ICS-5 participants also noted that 2024 is an election year in the U.S., U.K. and EU, further underscoring the importance of political outreach on the part of the health and medical freedom movement.

“An election year does not in any way impact our duty and responsibility to protect the most vulnerable in our society from harm,” Makis said.” However, it offers an opportunity for a broader platform and a broader reach.”

Regardless of country, politicians and candidates who have been supportive of this movement “need our support if we are to have any hope of real change in our public health policies,” Kory said.

“We need to elect leaders who believe that political and commercial interests have no place in the relationship between a doctor and their patients,” he added.

Palmer said the health and medical freedom movement “is growing stronger and bigger” and “side with the truth in any argument.”

“The truth ultimately will win,” he said.

“We must all come together, regardless of where we’ve come from, when we joined the fight and what our positions are,” Makis said. “Humanity is under attack and the future of humanity is in grave jeopardy. We must set aside our minor differences and come together to fight for a better future for our children.”
