Missouri vs Biden – Why This Case Matters

Should the Supreme Court find that the Biden Administration’s “Censorship State” is illegal and that it has been unconstitutionally censoring millions of Americans by suppressing accurate and factual information to protect official government false narratives?

I don’t see The Censorship State machine just meekly rolling over and dying on command. They spent a lot of time and resources since the Obama administration building this freaking machine.

Just…turn it off?

Because the Supreme Court orders them to?

I don’t really see that happening.

Not while an entrenched federal/CIA/Deep State bureaucracy knows its ability to pursue its agenda is foundationally dependent upon the ability to spread false narratives through the Fake News Media while viciously censoring any challenges on social media to those false narratives.

The Deep State’s SURVIVAL is heavily dependent on being able to censor and suppress in order to protect its Big Brother pronouncements to the public.

So no, I don’t expect the Biden Administration to bow its head in deference to the Supreme Court and turn its censorship apparatus off.

A Deep State without narrative control is a vastly weakened Deep State.

Right now, that weakened Deep State is frantically attempting to fend off a return of Donald J. Trump to the White House. Much to its mounting horror, it just watched the new ‘bloodbath’ hoax it used its CIA-controlled Fake News Media to launch get shot down because all those irritating little people are currently allowed to talk back on X.

They have no illusions about what Trump would do to their precious Censorship State apparatus should he regain control of the federal branch.

The Deep State just had it demonstrated yet again how disastrous the loss of total narrative control is making things for its agenda. Trying to stop the exposure of its manifest lies on a variety of issues is proving to be extremely difficult without that total narrative control it used to enjoy.

Which is a big reason for the new Tik Tok Trojan Horse bill that just passed the US House and is on its way to consideration in the Senate.

What’s going to happen if/when the SCOTUS orders the Deep State federal bureaucracy to turn off its censorship machinery?

There are several courses of action that could result:

1. The Deep State gives up and shuts it all down. It’s the most unlikely outcome until Trump gets back.
2. The Deep State only appears to shut it down and surreptitiously attempts to keep the censorship going in a hidden fashion. This is the most likely outcome.
3. The Deep State openly defies the SCOTUS and ignores the ruling. This would result in a constitutional crisis since the Court is a constitutionally created branch of the US government, co-equal with the federal branch.

Given the number of surprising things that have happened over the past few years, I can’t rule out #3. The Deep State is currently in an existential fight for its survival, a fight it is losing.

And a dying animal does desperate things.

The approaching 2024 election is the key. The Deep State is counting on being able to censor and suppress during the build-up to the election, during the election itself, and the aftermath of the election.

If it gets told by the SCOTUS during this Spring or Summer that it cannot do that, that it must shut its precious censorship apparatus down completely? And the Deep State tells SCOTUS to eff off and keeps censoring anyway? Or it made a pretense of following the Court’s order but gets caught red-handed doing A Very Bad Thing?

We’d end up in a constitutional crisis all right, with the election at the very center of it.

So I’ll be following this case with keen interest and observing how the Biden Administration responds if the SCOTUS rules in favor of the plaintiffs.
