The Insane E. Jean Carroll Verdict Will Backfire on the Trump Haters Just Like Everything Else

The Two Big Civil Trials Trump’s Been Railroaded In Shows All of America Just How Unhinged His Enemies Are

You may have noticed that as he runs for a second term in the White House, President Donald J. Trump is having to spend an awful lot of time inside of courtrooms lately.

That’s not an accident.

Since Trump’s many enemies saw their fake impeachments and January 6 ‘insurrection’ narratives didn’t garner the results they expected when it came placing a big dent in Trump’s popularity, they changed tactics in Summer of 2022 to pursuing him with rabid over-the-top lawfare.

First came the raid of Trump’s home in Mar A Lago, Florida.

That was quickly followed by the appointment of a new Special Counsel named Jack Smith, who was assigned by Attorney General Merrick Garland to investigate Trump and his associates for both the January 6 ‘insurrection’ and Trump’s supposed illegal retention of classified documents after he left office.

Then in ratta-tat-tat quick succession over a period of around 3 months, Trump was hit with

  • Criminal charges in Fulton County, Georgia brought by county District Attorney Fani Willis, for supposedly engaging in a criminal RICO conspiracy with 18 others to overturn the results of the 2020 election
  • Civil fraud charges in New York brought by Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg for allegedly filing false business documents
  • A civil defamation suit filed by E. Jean Carroll which claimed the President defamed her by denying a rape accusation she made against him

Carroll’s civil suit was decided in May of 2023, when a jury found Trump had defamed her by denying he ever raped her and calling her accusation a ‘hoax’. That jury ordered Trump to pay Carroll $5 million.

Encouraged by the result of the first trial, Carroll immediately filed a new defamation case against Trump last year, and today another New York jury returned a verdict against him for $83 million, for supposedly continuing to defame Carroll by insisting on continuing to publicly state he did not rape her and her accusation is false.

Although its easy to get angry at watching a judicial travesty like this unfold, it should be remembered Trump is appealing the $5 million judgment from last May, and he will certainly also appeal this new $83 million judgement as well.

The chances the delusional Ms. Carroll ever sees a dime of Trump’s money seems a foregone conclusion, as the the higher courts will have plenty of reasons for a reversal of both verdicts.

From the civil trials he faces not only is Trump not in any real danger, its becoming increasingly obvious just how unhinged his persecutors have become in their mad pursuit of him.

As with the Carroll case, the issue of if Trump is guilty or not isn’t the point of that other trial going on in New York. Attorney General Latetia James and Judge Arthur Engoron have already decided Trump’s guilty of supposedly defrauding banks by vastly overstating the value of his real estate properties, and made that pronouncement themselves. The trial is only to determine how big of a fine Trump is going to pay.

Due to the number of overtly biased and prejudicial rulings he’s made thus far, I’ve affectionately nicknamed Judge Engoron “Judge Engoronnagetreversed”. Because that’s exactly what’s going to happen, once he ends this travesty of a trial and issues the verdict everyone knows he’s going to.

Trump’s poll numbers keep climbing, much to the horror of those who expected him to be the political equivalent of a bubbling pool of toxic waste by now. They seem very convinced that just another ludicrous and obviously corrupt verdict against Trump and the public’s gonna be turning on him any minute now.

Dream on, you losers.
