It’s Time for All Americans to Wake Up to the Biggest Health Care Threat

We have a common enemy. Let’s not divide ourselves over things that don’t matter.

There **is** a big advertising push currently underway in the United States where Big Pharma is trying to trick people into thinking that there are new ‘wonder drugs’ they can take to solve their diabetes/obesity woes.

Health activist Calley Means was recently on Tucker Carlson’s show, loudly sounding the alarm about the ad campaign to proffer Ozempic and other GLP-1 drugs to the public – especially teenagers – as some kind of solution to the very real diabesity crisis. I wrote about that here.

Calley also appeared to discuss the massive mistake of proffering Ozempic to America’s youth on the Vigilant News program.

What a sad indictment of US health “authority figures’ that this massive new push to get people addicted to taking these new GLP-1 drugs is being allowed.

Big Pharma is gonna reap BILLIONS from the diabesity crisis this country is having because people are being seduced by clever ad campaigns into looking for a quick and easy drug fix to what is a diet/lifestyle problem.

Instead of showing people how to eat healthy, and get rid of seed oils, excess carbs, and toxic chemicals in their diet, it’s far more PROFITABLE for Big Gov’t, Big Ag, Big Pharma, and the Big Fake Food Corporations to offer a drug fix band-aid instead of realistically addressing what is in reality a national emergency health crisis.

While this meme shown above produces a chuckle on reading it, it is putting it’s finger on something IMPORTANT.

The health science/medical agencies and authorities who should be encouraging people to eat low carb/high fat/high protein Keto/Carnivore diets have been doing the EXACT OPPOSITE: they are badmouthing and attacking Keto/Carnivore and encouraging people to cut their consumption of meat and animal fat and to continue to eat the high-carb Standard American Diet [SAD].

These authorities recently started seeding the Fake News Media with planted stories about how Americans are now ‘eating too much protein,’ and it’s time for them to scale back on all that meat they are eating.

The new terrible, rotten, horrible, no-good, awful Food Pyramid the FDA and ‘nutrition experts’ rolled out at the Biden White House back in 2022 actually claims eating sugar/chemical/seed oil-filled cereal like Frosted Flakes or Honey-Nut Cheerios is HEALTHIER for Americans than eating beef, eggs, bacon or cheese. In fact, that new Food Pyramid put real food at the VERY BOTTOM, saying they are UNHEALTHY and should be strictly limited, if not avoided altogether.

Yes, your government IS telling you the Fake Food crap in the top row full of sugars, seed oils and chemicals is BETTER FOR YOU than the Real Food pictured below

So while this diabesity crisis is raging across this country and making Americans sicker, fatter, and weaker while causing millions to die prematurely, the ‘experts’ you would THINK would be finding practical, workable solutions to the crisis, what are they doing?

THEY’RE PUSHING NEW DRUGS. New drugs that are not only very expensive, they have very real side effects, and once you stop taking these weekly shots, all the weight you lose will come roaring back.

THEY ARE NOT ONLY NOT LOOKING OUT FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY…they are looking to make BIG $$$ off of your health problems and your chronic illnesses.

They have been EXPLOITING YOU and your loved ones by feeding you bad information that makes you sick and weak and fat and chronically ill, so you think you HAVE to take the Big Pharma drugs for the rest of your life. They tell you many of your chronic illnesses are IRREVERSIBLE and GENETIC, so you will think there is NO HOPE, and the best you can do is to keep buying their drugs that just manage the symptoms.

It’s time to WAKE UP and refuse to be exploited any longer by people who have been making bank off of your suffering and that of your family.

There is a growing community here on X.com and other social media that will help you ‘unlearn’ the bad programming you got from all the health/medical authority figures you trusted but whom you now realize have not been out to help you at all but rather have been misleading you for their own agendas.

I don’t call this community the “Carnivore community” or the “Keto community” because this isn’t about one particular diet or way of eating. I call it “The Real Food Community”, and it has vegetarians in it. There is room for everyone in the Real Food Community.

Because in the end everyone must do what works for them.

I myself am a moderate Carnivore, but I recognize this is not really a one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to diet. The key thing is to get people to recognize they are living in a toxic fake food culture and to reject that to concentrate on eating Real Food instead.

Whether the real food they start eating is meat, dairy, or vegetables & fruits is beside the point as long as people ditch the toxic fake food.

There are many people who see their health dramatically improve once they ditch Fake Food for Real Food, even if all they are eating is fruits and vegetables.

I’m aware of the constant arguments and sniping between people who think Carnivore is The Only Answer and everyone should go Carnivore, vs the Militant Vegans, who fire back that everyone should go vegan etc., etc.

I think this kind of arguing has some merit as it forces people to examine their beliefs and the evidence, but far too much of it gets ugly, and it’s not like we should be trying to win a competition here.

I view everybody in the Real Food community as being on the same side and trying to help people escape the American Toxic Fake Food Culture they find themselves trapped in.

So I want to be clear here: I am **not** advocating a particular diet to anyone; I am calling for people to abandon the American Toxic Fake Food Culture, and as long as they start eating Real Food every day, I don’t particularly care which particular type of Real Food they are eating, meat or no meat, dairy or no dairy. Keto, Carnivore, or Vegan.

We have a common enemy. Let’s not divide ourselves over things that don’t matter, arguing about which kind of Real Food diet is ‘best’.

These days a lot of people are waking up and looking for help. LET’S FOCUS ON HELPING THEM and not taking sides against each other while trying to get the newcomers to join our diet ‘team’ rather than that other one over there.
