Shootout at the OK Corral this Sat, 9am PST on X Spaces

I’ll face all comers this Sat. But I doubt I’ll get anyone who has the courage to show up to challenge my analysis. One of us will be embarrassed and it won’t be me.

Since nobody would agree to debate me in a recorded Zoom call, I’m going to have a “Shootout” on Saturday. Register on X.

To view the space, click here

To register to try to attack my analysis, click the image above I will come armed with the data and the analysis tools I used. Register your interest on X so it is in plain sight.

No ad hominem attacks. No switching topics Anyone using insults or personal attacks will be ejected.

Trying to switch the topic like “Let’s talk about Sweden…” will get you ejected.

This is a respectful debate on the data, methods, and interpretation on the NZ data and my analysis of that data as posted on the data download site .

You will have 5 minutes of total talk time as will I. When your time is up, you leave the stage. We’ll use a chess clock to track the times.

To attack my analysis… You may attack any or all of:

the underlying dataset,

the obfuscation technique using to preserve statistical fidelity

the methodology (time-series cohort analysis)

the execution (e.g., error in buckets.py or the v4 spreadsheet),

the interpretation of the what the data visualizations tell us.

As far as I know, this is all airtight.

The excuses they give “Science isn’t decided by debate”…. “Let’s do it in writing.” …. “It has to be decided in the peer-reviewed literature” etc etc.

What a bunch of BS. The real reason is because they don’t know what the #$# they are talking about. None of these people can think independently on their feet.

In medical school, they all went through something called “Morning Report” where they challenged each other verbally in real time.

How quickly they forget.

Summary I hope someone registers. I win either way. All the attempts to attack this are ridiculously weak.

And on Saturday, the world will see first-hand.
