The Hidden War On Male Testosterone Levels

They’ve known all along what’s causing declining T levels — and they’ve lied about it.

I mean really BIG, FAT, SERIOUS trouble.

The propagandists for the Corn/Sugar/Wheat lobbies who have been cleverly disguised for decades as ‘health and diet experts’ have been all too successful at their well-paying jobs.

We keep being told we’re eating HEALTHIER now than our ancestors, who didn’t know any better about eating all that animal meat & fat. Is that REALLY true?

There’s been an explosion of diabesity in America over the past 60 years, and the trend got even worse after the FDA began introducing the ‘Food Pyramid’ concept back in the early 1990s, right after the ‘low fat’ diet craze kicked off in the second half of the 1980s.

This means that right now, in 2024, thanks to the ‘new and improved’ Food Pyramid rolled out at the White House two years ago, for all public schools, the US military, prisons, elder care facilities, and the WIC and other welfare food programs, people are being encouraged to limit their consumption of real food while expanding their eating literal highly-processed garbage fake food stuffed with refined carbs, sugars, and seed oils.

Government authorities with massive and glaring conflicts of interest are teaching your kids that all these sugary cereals pictured in the top row below are **healthier** for them than the actual food in the bottom row.

This is abject and outright quackery disguising itself as ‘health science.’ And it’s nothing new – these quacks have dispensed this very helpful dietary advice for decades at this point.

The ‘new and improved’ Food Pyramid claims the sugary crap in the top row is more healthy for your kids than the beef, bacon, eggs, and cheese in the bottom row.

This manifestly stupid quackery would be COMICAL if there weren’t millions of Americans still trapped in the FDA Matrix, believing and acting on whatever the government’s ‘health and diet experts’ tell them.

Like all effective satire, this meme is funny because it is solidly based on truth.

This brings me to the hidden war currently underway against male testosterone development as part of the Woke Mind Virus’ fight against ‘Toxic Masculinity.’

The Medical Health & Dietary “Experts” Have Been Lying To You For Decades About Why Male T Levels Have Dramatically Dropped – They Know EXACTLY What’s Causing It

For more than 40 years of my life, I recall seeing plenty of popular culture coverage in the news media and health/bodybuilding magazines discussing the curious downward trend of male testosterone levels.

The trend of dropping male testosterone levels first began to be noticed in the 1960s.

Massive amounts of speculation ensued to try to explain why this was happening. TV news reports, countless magazine articles, books, and interviews with scientists, everyone had an opinion or a guesstimate of why this troubling trend was occurring.

While everybody madly speculated and opined as the years ticked by, testosterone levels kept dropping off a cliff, and Big Pharma moved to capitalize on the trend by introducing testosterone drugs and supplements.

Looking back now, it is infuriating that this happened because the medical and scientific research was sitting there **the entire time** to thoroughly explain why the drop in worldwide male testosterone was occurring.

And instead of telling men why their testosterone levels were going lower and lower, what did they do? They started implying to everyone that this was some GENETIC thing. If you had ‘good genes,’ that meant your testosterone levels would be high, but if you ‘lost the genetic lottery’ and ended up with deficient T levels, that was too bad.

Guess what, guys? It’s NOT your ‘genetics’.

But this is all bullshit.

As I said, they’ve known what’s been causing the significant drop in T levels this entire time.

Would you be surprised to learn that the Rockefeller-based medical profession and Big Pharma have MONETIZED the cause of low T into a billion-dollar industry?

There has been a literal medical and scientific hidden war on male testosterone development for some time now. I wish I could say this was all just a big mistake or an accident, but my research has forced me to conclude the people who are misleading the public about this are doing so deliberately.

Here’s what they’ve been hiding from you:

Animal Fat —> Cholesterol —> Testosterone

The government medical/health/diet authorities have been counseling everyone – especially men – to significantly reduce their consumption of dietary animal meat and fat to lower cholesterol levels.

But the male body NEEDS that animal fat to convert into a sufficient cholesterol level so that the cholesterol can be turned into TESTOSTERONE.

Here’s a pretty easy-to-understand article about cholesterol’s vital role in the male body’s daily production of the testosterone hormone. Stop and wonder why many people have never been told this information. It’s almost like… it’s being hidden from them.

Yes, unless the essential PRECURSOR to creating the testosterone hormone is present in a male’s body, he will struggle to make a healthy testosterone level naturally. The essential precursor to cholesterol and, therefore, the testosterone hormone is…ANIMAL FAT, which you are supposed to get from your daily diet.

And what have men worldwide been told for the last 60 years?

They’ve been told by the health and dietary experts and by their doctors that their cholesterol levels are TOO HIGH, and they risk developing cardiovascular disease and having heart attacks and strokes.

They’ve been told eating an animal-based diet of too much meat and animal fat is driving their cholesterol levels too high, and they need to get their cholesterol levels much lower by changing their diet.

So yes, all the ‘experts’ have been counseling men to reduce their consumption of the ONE THING that leads to a healthy testosterone level. And this has been going on for decades.

Amazing how many doctors won’t tell men while they are encouraging them to drive their cholesterol levels down very low while selling them expensive drugs like statins to ‘help’ get to the ‘necessary low cholesterol number that their T level will drop like a freaking rock.

Now, I know what you’re thinking.

“It can’t be that simple or that obvious.”

Oh, but it is.

These same dietary experts and medical health authorities have had decades to tell you the truth about most seed oils.

As I discussed in an earlier column, medical and health scientists have had a ton of data and research available for over 100 years, demonstrating the toxic nature of many seed oils. Extensive animal experimentation on rats, horses, cows, and birds from the 1880s through 1916 clearly established to any impartial and neutral scientific observer that feeding growing and developing animals seed oils rather than animal fats had a profoundly harmful impact. It led to stunted growth in the animals, as well as chronic illnesses, diseases, and shortened lifespans.

The healthy butter-fat-fed rat grew to full size and lived over 1,000 days. The smaller emaciated rat was fed cottonseed oil – the main ingredient of Crisco – and lived less than 600 days

And yet…what happened over the next 100 years, from 1918 to 2018? While the medical scientists and health experts zipped their lips, many unhealthy and toxic highly processed food products were introduced into the American food supply. And they just never got around to telling you how harmful and toxic a lot of this ‘new’ food is.

I did not want to conclude that there’s some nefarious agenda here. However, my research on what was established in the scientific literature decades ago forces me to come to that finding.

If you are a male and you have low T levels, now you know why and that a lot of the ‘helpful’ advice you’ve been getting from the ‘experts’ has done you a disservice. I hope you will begin questioning what you’ve been told by the authorities you trusted.

People can draw closer to the right answers when they ask the right questions.
